You will normally only reach this page if you have requested technical support that is outside our usual area of business.  Making a purchase here will allow you to receive a personal online support consultation from Steve by email to assist with any technical questions or advice that you require for a one-off payment.

Free advice is available to UK or European retail customers who have questions about cables to connect their own products - we only charge for support if your enquiry is not about a UK or European retail cable purchase, for example:-

• If are outside UK or Europe,
• If you want advice on which speakers or other audio/video products to purchase,
• If you want advice on wireless connections or cables that you purchased from other suppliers,
• If you are a professional system integrator or installer who needs detailed support for a client

You will then receive a personal email within 48 hours from Steve to confirm your payment and to discuss your support requirements. 

It is important to note that we cannot tell you how to wire your own cables, how to repair faulty equipment, or where to purchase cables from other sellers.

When making your purchase, please set the Delivery Country as "United Kingdom" and the Delivery Post Code as "LE13 1FE" (this is our workshop address) - this avoids any postage charges being added to your order. 

No physical item will be shipped, as this is payment is for online support services only.
