We aim to work openly and fairly with our customers and as a result we are proud to offer FREE UK shipping on all of our cables and accessories. Tracked and express UK shipping is available for a small extra cost, which reflects the actual postage price. Tracked/Signed For shipping is also available to Europe. We are sorry but we are not currently able to offer technical support advice or shipping to anyone whose shipping address is outside UK or Europe.
Please note that for deliveries to addresses outside the UK, your local government may impose Customs fees or tax charges when your order is delivered. We have no control over these charges and they are not imposed by us or covered within the purchase price of the goods. UK law requires us to correctly declare the full value of all goods that we ship to you on the Customs paperwork when exporting to addresses outside the UK. Our products are provided on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. Your local postal service may charge a handling fee to collect any import VAT or duty payments from you on delivery.
If you need to return an item to us in line with our Returns Policy, we will not normally offer to refund additional expenses (ie. your return postage costs), except under exceptional circumstances. If your order shows an itemised shipping cost (ie. tracked shipping) then this is not refundable if you decide to return the goods.
Please remember that whenever you buy goods and services on the Internet as a consumer, you are entering a legally binding contract with the seller. As Sounds Heavenly are based within the United Kingdom, UK law applies to your purchases from Sounds Heavenly, regardless of which country you are in when you make your purchase.
We are keen to ensure that all of our customers are delighted with their experience of shopping with us, so we are always keen to listen to your views and we will always try our best to assist you with any issues that may arise.
All of our products are tested prior to dispatch and packed carefully to prevent any damage or loss in transit.
We provide a full 12 month warranty on all of our products, which starts on the date that you receive the goods (even if you don't use them straight away). This covers any failure of the product in normal use, but it does not cover abuse or misuse, or use with devices other than those listed on our website as being compatible with the product. Sounds Heavenly will always do our best to assist you in the rare event of a problem arising. However, we cannot offer to cover any indirect or consequential loss caused by the failure of one of our products, so our liability to you is always limited to the value of the product that you purchased from us.
Please remember that our cables are only suitable for the applications listed in the product descriptions on this website and they must only be used for the purposes and with the products listed. We need to be absolutely clear that our cables are not suitable for military, medical, aviation or any other applications not listed in the product descriptions. Please contact us for advice before purchase if you are unsure in any way about the cables you need.
