All of our advertised products are supported by a full money-back promise - if you are not delighted with your purchase, simply return it to us in the same condition that it was sent so that it reaches us within 60 days of your original purchase date and we will cheerfully give you a full refund of the cable price that you paid. In the rare event of a problem occurring with a cable that we have supplied, we also provide a full 12 month "return to base" warranty - please post back any affected cable back to us for repair or replacement under warranty (the warranty excludes wilful damage and misuse).
If you are returning an item and you live outside the United Kingdom (UK), please ensure that you mark the customs declaration on the parcel as "Returned goods for refund, zero value" or "Returned goods for repair, zero value" as appropriate and please also include your name and address on the parcel. Our return address is shown at the foot of each page of our website.
Please note that during COVID-19, we will quarantine any returned items for at least 72 hours upon receipt, so please bear with us to help prevent the spread of this infection.
If you need to return an item to us in line with our Returns Policy, we will not normally offer to refund additional expenses (ie. your return postage costs), except under exceptional circumstances. If you have requested upgraded shipping from us at extra cost (ie. tracked delivery) then this is not refundable under our Return Policy, as this has been purchased to your requirements. If you are returning an item to us, please ensure that there is sufficient postage on the parcel and that you have filled out the Customs form correctly (where applicable) with a zero value, or the item will not reach us. We are unfortunately not able to pay excess postage charges or customs fees for incoming mail.
Custom Order Items:
The only exceptions to our Return Policy are items which we have custom-built to your specification - if you wish to return an item that we have specially made at your request, then please contact us within 60 days of purchase if you feel that the item supplied is not as described. Custom orders are offered in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Directive and (as with all of our products) they still carry a full 12 month warranty against defects.
