UK and European Delivery Available! (sorry we cannot ship to destinations outside Europe)

We are pleased to ship all of our cables free of charge within the UK using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 services.  Tracked shipping to Europe is also available at an additional charge (excluding Russia and Belarus).  We are sorry but we cannot offer delivery to any address outside UK and Europe at present.  Please do not place an order unless you have a valid UK or European address for delivery.

Please note that for deliveries to addresses outside the UK, your local government may impose Customs fees or tax charges when your order is delivered.  We have no control over these charges and they are not imposed by us or covered within the purchase price of the goods.  UK law requires us to correctly declare the full value of all goods that we ship to you on the Customs paperwork when exporting to addresses outside the UK.  Our products are provided on a Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.  Your local postal service may charge a handling fee to collect any import VAT or duty payments from you on delivery.

Items are normally shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays (excluding UK bank holidays).  If there is any change or delay to shipping (eg. due to vacation or over the Christmas period) then the revised shipping timescales will be shown on the Checkout page of the website before you complete your purchase.  Items which have been custom built to your requirements may have a longer lead time, these items will typically be built to order and shipped within 7 days of the order being received.

Shipping for items up to 2Kg in weight is normally via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 (for UK deliveries) or Royal Mail International Tracked/Signed (for European deliveries). A Courier service will be used for orders over 2Kg. 

UK orders up to £50 will be sent using the Tracked 48 service for free, with an option to upgrade to Tracked 24 for a small extra charge. Orders over £50 will be automatically sent using Tracked 24.

Orders should arrive within the following timescales from the date of shipping:-

  • UK Tracked 48 Delivery = Target 2 to 5 working days, maximum 10 days

  • UK Tracked 24, First Class and Recorded Delivery = Target 1 to 3 working days, maximum 7 days

  • European Tracked/Signed = Target 7 to 14 days, maximum 28 days (Customs fees not included)
