Replacement for the original cable supplied with the BeoGram 6/8000 series turntables

This high quality cable is a direct replacement for the original 5 pin or 7 pin DIN to DIN cable that was supplied with B&O Beogram 6000, 6002, 6006, 8000 or 8002 Turntable when new, to connect to a matching Beomaster or Beocenter music system with a pre-amp fitted. These turntables come fitted with a DIN socket on the rear panel (instead of the usual B&O fitted lead and DIN plug).

As Beogram turntables are earthed via the audio ground, no external earth wire is needed. This cable contains internal grounding links as standard to prevent spurious noise caused by earthing issues and this is suitable for most amplifiers.   If your Beogram or your Beomaster/Beocenter music system has a 5 pin Phono socket, please choose the 5 pin cable (no remote control), if BOTH the Beogram and the music system have 7 pin DIN Phono sockets then please choose the 7 pin cable (with remote control).

Beogram 6000, 6002, 6006, 8000 and 8002 models were all designed to have remote control capability, so they can use the 7 pin cable for remote operation when used with a compatible B&O music system that also has a 7 pin Phono input socket.
