If you need to return an item to us in line with our Returns Policy, we will not normally offer to refund additional expenses (ie. your return postage costs), except under exceptional circumstances. If you have requested an upgraded delivery service from us at extra cost (ie. tracked shipping) then this is not refundable if you decide to return the goods.
Please remember that whenever you buy goods and services on the Internet as a consumer, you are entering a legally binding contract with the seller. As Sounds Heavenly are based within the United Kingdom, UK law applies to your purchases from Sounds Heavenly, regardless of which country you are in when you make your purchase.

All of our products are tested prior to dispatch and packed carefully to prevent any damage or loss in transit. We provide a telephone helpline number with all orders in case you have any questions once your purchases arrive.
We provide a full 12 month warranty on all of our products, which starts on the date that you receive the goods (even if you don't use them straight away). This covers any failure of the product in normal use, but it does not cover abuse or misuse, or use with devices other than those listed on our website as being compatible with the product. Sounds Heavenly will always do our best to assist you in the rare event of a problem arising. However, we cannot offer to cover any indirect or consequential loss caused by the failure of one of our products, so our liability to you is always limited to the value of the product that you purchased from us.
